Policies in plain language.
Booking conditions
Bookings are confirmed only after the club issues a confirmation. Players should arrive at least ten minutes before court time. Changes and cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours ahead; late changes may be charged in full.
Participation and safety
Players participate according to their own ability and should follow staff instructions, court rules and equipment guidance. Minors must be registered by a parent or guardian. The club may pause play when a condition creates a safety concern.
Privacy
Information entered in the contact form is used only to respond to the request and organise the requested service. This static website does not send form data to external services. Do not include health, payment or other sensitive information in the notes field.
Accessibility
We aim to provide clear digital content and a welcoming club experience. Contact the team before a visit to discuss step-free access, seating or other practical needs.

Advertising measurement and external offers
This edition uses Google Ads to measure visits and clicks on the final promotional-offer button. Advertising storage and personalization are denied by default; you can choose Accept or Reject and reopen Privacy choices. Google may receive limited consent-mode signals even when storage is denied. The offer button opens an external website that applies its own terms and privacy policy. The wheel is a fixed promotional reveal, not a random prize draw or a cash withdrawal.
